It has been said - and we believe it to be true - that a puritan is someone who loses sleep knowing someone, somewhere, is having fun. Vancouver's puritans have been sleeping very peacefully in Vancouver for the past decade.

FUNcouver, however, pledges to - from time to time - temporarily disturb the repose of our locals puritans by producing some of the most magical events you'll ever be fortunate enough to be a part of. We will create events that will make you giggle like a gaggle of giddy school girls; dance like chimpanzees who've had one too many champagne cocktails and sing like a care-free, wide-eyed four year olds in a tub full of rubber duckies and bubble bath.

Festivals, festivals, festivals! We have conceptual plans for all sorts of festivals. Big or small - our festivals will be fun. We will be happy to work with other festival organizers and impresarios to create some of the greatest festivals on earth, festivals that will draw people from all parts of the globe to revel in the peculiar flavours of fun and madness that can only be created here on Canada's west coast.
